The following pictures are before and after photos of house that we have restored and painted over the last several years.  As you can see, homes are meticulously scraped, and sanded.  The homes are then inspected for rotted wood and substrates.  After the carpentry has been performed, the homes are then caulked and primed.  After given the proper drying time, the homes are then coated with top of the line Sherwin Williams Paint.
