He recently built a set of custom exterior stairs for us, and the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. I work with Shannon and Shawn over several months to plan my deck because I wasn't ready for immediate construction. Their professionalism and patience stood out as they guided me through the process of securing an engineer and city permits. Shawn managed the entire process, keeping me informed at every step. Shawn took care of our decks, 2 and 3 stories tall. Replaced rotted wood, scraped, sanded, caulked, painted. Also replaced rusted out ties, clips, etc. Reinforced beams and posts. It was a big job, took just over two weeks and the jobsite was left as clean as it was when it started. The price was very reasonable and Shawn took care of the extra odds and ends that frequently get ignored, he even painted some complex French doors that were not originally planned. Our decks are beautiful and look like new. Thank you!
